Staff Accountant, Senior Housing Consolidation & Accounting

WELLTOWER is looking for a Staff Accountant to support the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across its senior housing portfolio. The role focuses on corporate consolidation, accounting analysis, and financial reporting, while also supporting SOX compliance and audit coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting, experience working with complex entity structures or consolidations, and the ability to analyze property-level activity within a corporate reporting framework.

Requirements

• Manage the flow of financial information between operating partners and internal accounting teams
• Review operator financial submissions for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Assist in connecting Property Accounting financial results to corporate reporting
• Perform accounting activities for partnership structures
• Consolidate operator financial and operational data into corporate metrics
