Structural Engineering Graduate

We're seeking interested applicants to have achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Structural or Structural & Civil combined, or Water Engineering related degree by September 2026 to join our graduate scheme as a Structural Engineer in North Wales. The role will provide engineering expertise across the business, working on projects including dams, pipelines, treatment works, and pumping stations. The graduate scheme will develop high-impact habits, leadership skills, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• 2:2 or higher in a Structural or Structural & Civil combined, or Water Engineering related degree
• No prior experience needed
