Your tasks
You are not alone in the development of our projects, but you will speak with your team and other colleagues from the fields of graphics, product management, and world design.
Team skills and good communication are required.
You will work in a hybrid work model in Wiesbaden and the surrounding area or completely remote from home.
You have a completed study in the field of computer science, media informatics, or a comparable course of study with a good to very good grade.
Alternatively to a study, you have corresponding professional experience in the development with the Unreal Engine.
You already have some experience in developing 3D applications and master the theoretical basics of interactive 3D computer graphics.
Experience with Unreal is an advantage but not a requirement.
You have strong programming knowledge and master the concepts of object-oriented programming and other programming concepts.
Git is not a foreign word to you, and you have already worked with version control systems.
You are ready to take responsibility for your work results and are not afraid to support your colleagues with their tasks.
Working at weltenbauer. means taking responsibility for topics, projects, and customers to achieve a common goal.
We all pull together and support each other.
The agile values and principles form the basis of our daily collaboration, as well as the support of colleagues and superiors, a professional working environment, and a good dash of humor.
We offer you a modern workplace where you can either work completely remote or in a hybrid mode partly in the company and partly at home.
With your team, you will agree on how often you will meet personally on site and when each of you can work undisturbed at home.
If you travel to Wiesbaden for a personal meeting, we will bring you to our company apartment directly at the company.
All employees have a personal time account with us.
This way, we can shape our work flexibly and compensate for overtime by 100%.
Through morning flexible working hours, it is also possible to start the working day individually.
All employees can regularly use a part of their working time for personal further training in project-relevant topics.
In addition, each employee receives at least once a year the opportunity to attend an external conference or further training measure on company expenses.
This inspires, gives a look over the horizon, and is fun!
