Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus
- Working knowledge of light carpentry, drywall repair and texture, and painting
- Comfort with troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical issues (certification a plus)
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset toward safety and presentation
- Customer service focus with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
- Computer literacy helpful, but not requiredâwillingness to learn is key
- A sense of pride, ownership, and care in everything you do
- Driver's license and vehicle required based on community needs
