Machine Operator - Cabinets, 1st Shift

Wenger Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator to provide an exceptional customer experience by operating machines under limited supervision within assigned areas in a manner which meets or exceeds established quality and quantity standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with solid basic math skills
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and precision measuring devices
• Willingness and ability to learn and perform multiple tasks within the work area
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Proficient in navigating and using various computer systems and screens
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and detailed work instructions
• Experience operating CNC equipment
• Flexibility to adjust and plan work around changing schedules
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license
• Technical training or trade school certification
