Join us in supporting Australians with essential government services. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting customers with general and complex inquiries related to government services, and help them create digital accounts, navigate online portals, and educate them on self-service options.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Available to work rotating roster 7am-7pm (Mon-Fri)
• Commit to approximately 1 Saturday per month
• No leave during first 6 months
• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
• Government clearance
