In this high-volume contact centre role, you'll support customers with general and complex inquiries related to government services, and help them create digital accounts, navigate online portals, and educate them on self-service options.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship required
- Available to work rotating roster 7am-7pm (Mon-Fri)
- Commit to approximately 1 Saturday per month
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
- Government clearance required
- Must be ready to commit to hours and attend full training period
