We are looking for a Coordinating Caregiver IG to work in a multicare unit. The ideal candidate has a heart for care, is warm and friendly, and can handle unusual behavior. The job involves working with residents with multiproblematic and co-morbid behavior, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

• Zorg & Welzijn level 3 diploma or a completed degree in direction Maatschappelijke Zorg
• Good communication skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and have good de-escalating skills
• Stress-resistant and flexible
• Ability to follow an 8-day multi-day training course
