Coordinating Caregiver IG | PG | 24 - 32 hours

We are looking for a Coordinating Caregiver IG to join our team at the AAtrium location in Veghel. The ideal candidate will be part of a team that values flexibility and clear communication, and will be responsible for coordinating care for residents with psychogeriatric care questions. The working hours vary between 7.00 and 23.00, and occasional night shifts are required.

Requirements

• Diploma as a caregiver IG
• Experience as a client contact person
• Alert and able to recognize (clinical) peculiarities in clients
• Assertive and able to work well together
• Positive critical and willing to improve care continuously
• Available for irregular shifts with fixed handover moments
