Helpende (plus) Intensieve zorg

BrabantZorg is seeking a plus to provide day-to-day support to residents with dementia at the Intensieve Care department. This role involves providing structure, safety, and support to clients who may have complex care questions. The position requires a person who is tactful, helpful, and capable of creating a pleasant environment for residents.

Requirements

• Certificate for Helping/Care and Wellbeing or willingness to take a short training
• Experience in dementia care (preferred)
• Tactful and helpful interpersonal skills
• Patiently observant and alert to clients
• Reliable and persevering
• Independent work skills and ability to create a pleasant atmosphere
