BrabantZorg is seeking a nurturing role for trainees in trades (mbo, hbo, or wo) to support the elderly. The role offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of residents, and the company focuses on creating a positive experience for employees, residents and clients. Trainees can specialize in areas such as geriatric care, psychosocial care, and active rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Completion of training in a trade field (mbo, hbo, or wo).
• Commitment to social care or elderly community nursing. (may apply based on trade choice)
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Flexibility to work in various locations or in home care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
