The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of all facilities and physical assets.
Requirements
- Manage daily facilities operations across all buildings and sites
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs
- Assist in leading facilities team and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Oversee space planning and moves, adds, and changes office layouts
- Administer vendor contracts and negotiate service levels
- Enforce security protocols and access control
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and business continuity planning
- Manage energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting
