Quotations Specialist (Lighting/ Switchgear)

As the Quotations Specialist, you will develop proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. You will collaborate with members of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience is required
• 2+ years of experience interacting with customers and/or supplier representatives to obtain pricing information and cooperation
• Must be able to read and interpret specifications and blueprints
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Strong computer skills
• Broad knowledge of product lines and pricing strategies is preferred
• Previous experience putting together bid packages preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%
