Senior Manager - Manufacturing Assembly & Operations

As the Senior Manager – Manufacturing Assembly and Operations, you will lead operations for a complex value-added manufacturing environment supporting electrical assemblies, wire harnesses, PLC control panels, motor starter panels, and other custom engineered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 8 years of experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or operations leadership
• 5 years of experience managing supervisors, technical teams, or complex production operations
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, control panels, automation components, and manufacturing processes
• Experience working in high-mix, custom manufacturing environments supporting engineered solutions
