Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support and grow an established relationship with key utility accounts, managing key client accounts and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, with a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required or willingness to obtain one.

Requirements

• Works with the Sales team to create and support the execution of the strategic account plans at key, named accounts.
• Drives new business within the existing account base by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing opportunities only within assigned accounts or market segments
• Maintains and manages a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities.
• Communicates customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to management.
