As the Trainer - Facility Operations, you will be responsible for establishing structured accountability through the standardization of processes, ensuring consistent and comprehensive training for all operations associates.
Requirements
- Coordinates on-the-job operational training for new and existing employees
- Administers and monitors operations-specific training events
- Utilizes, understands and is proficient with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assists with identifying potential bottlenecks in processes and works with management team to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Reviews key metrics and objectives to ensure employees are completing assigned operational tasks
- Provides recommendations on performance management actions to leadership
- Establishes and monitors performance standards for warehouse functions
- Collaborates with employees and management when performing training activities
- Assists with audit compliance and Gemba walks
- Conducts safety inspections and maintains documentation
- Works with Wesco's Quality department in developing and documenting warehouse processes
