Operations Manager

We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at our Melbourne Distribution Centre and drive the successful execution of our Wholesale Strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large operational teams in fast paced environments
• Strong people leadership, coaching capability and performance management experience
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and drive operational outcomes
• Experience in optimisation, change management and continuous improvement
• High level understanding of warehouse systems and IT platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Customer focused mindset and ability to build strong working relationships
• High attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to work autonomously
• Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to team development
