Retail Manager-atomica Melton

We're looking for a Retail Manager to lead our Melton store and create one-of-a-kind experiences for our customers. As a leader, you'll motivate your team to provide great customer service and help customers glow, inside and out.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience, particularly in beauty
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty
• Commercially minded with experience in meeting budget requirements
• Sales and metric-focused
• Experience with rostering & working within EBA & GRIA frameworks
