We are seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for the AM Shift at Sydney Fulfilment Centre, leading a team to ensure seamless and efficient distribution of products and maintaining safety standards. Key responsibilities include leading by example, managing risk, and achieving operational KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making skills, using data and insights to identify and solve problems
• Proactive leadership style, excellent communication skills, and commitment to building team capability
