Weāre looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact by helping us attract and hire top IT professionals.
Requirements
- 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsourced/outstaff company;
- Good understanding of the IT Market;
- Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America;
- Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Docs for tracking and reporting.
- Attention to detail, structured work approach, and ability to handle 2-3 vacancies at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
