Job Description
The USAO EDPA's Financial Litigation Unit seeks a Legal Collections Specialist to assist in the collection of criminal and civil debts owed to the United States and victims of crime. - Assist Financial Litigation staff in the collection of criminal and civil debts
- Initiate contact with debtors regarding their obligation and ability to pay
- Analyze claims to determine type of indebtedness and assess adequacy of supporting documentation
