Patient Scheduling Coordinator - Full Time - Bartlett/Wolf River

West Cancer Center is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Scheduling Coordinator to manage appointment scheduling for office visits, labs, radiology, and infusions, while serving as a key liaison between patients and providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related scheduling or office experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in basic math and common office software, including email and word processing tools.
• Able to read, write, and communicate instructions and reports clearly.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods; capable of light travel as needed.
