Job Description
The Human Resource Specialist - Bilingual will provide knowledge to all positions within Human Resources and Learning & Development. They will be responsible for identifying and creating actionable items to meet the needs of the organization, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefit administration, and leave administration.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Polish)
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with grammar and composition to prepare, review and edit documents
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Computer experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft platform preferred
