Quality Specialist

West is seeking a Quality Specialist to join its team at the Exton lab, providing quality support and ensuring cGMP compliance in a regulated environment. As a hybrid role, the successful candidate will work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, supporting the lab's adherence to regulatory, compendial, ISO, and West requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in a scientific discipline
• 3+ years of experience in regulated Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• 3+ years of experience in medical devices or pharmacy industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations, ISO standards, and broader regulatory frameworks
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
