Requirements

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve plant performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize maintenance costs
• Lead the execution of plant criticality assessments at site and the evaluation of the criticality of preventive maintenance (PM) and replacement parts
• Lead root-cause analyses (RCA) and corrective measures initiatives for recurring plant problems
