Requirements

• Supervise production processes and personnel in assigned field
• Create short-interval look-ahead production schedules
• Promote all site initiatives including plant safety programs, lean initiatives, training programs
• Assure Standard Operating Instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to
• Manage available resources to insure on time production and delivery of customer orders
• Verify production data is accurately recorded
• Maintain and verify accuracy of the hours each employee has worked
• Ensure the smooth startup of new processes and on-going production in all area departments
• Maximize capital resources and assist in maintaining equipment and facilities in proper working condition
• Constantly evaluate existing processes and establish teams to continuously improve these processes
