Employment Attorney

We are seeking an Employment Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert regarding employment-related matters, handle various types of employment-related disputes, draft employment related policies and procedures, and advise on employment-related matters.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing or admitted to practice within a reciprocity state and in good standing
• Minimum of 7 years substantive employment experience with a corporate legal department or law firm handling employment matters before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies
• Excellent working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
