Job Description
We are seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services. You will work on a rotating schedule, attend team meetings and training workshops, and guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and an annual Net Sales Bonus Program.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience
- Valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company systems
- Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing
