The Emerging Leader Program - General Manager Fellow is a highly selective 18-month leadership development program designed to accelerate MBA-level talent into future General Manager roles within West Shore Home.
Requirements
- MBA or other business-related Master’s degree (completed or actively pursuing)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Ability to relocate to any West Shore Home branch location upon graduation from the program
