Job Description
The Director of Upward Bound Math and Science is responsible for implementing and managing the Upward Bound Math and Science grant project, supervising personnel, and administering budgets.
Requirements
- Master’s in education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staff supervision, budget management, program development, and evaluation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with federal TRIO programs, academic support programs, or similar projects
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and administrative skills
- Valid driver’s license and qualification to operate a vehicle in Texas A&M University System guidelines
