Job Description
Westamerica Bank is seeking a highly motivated Business Banking Officer to deliver financial services and exceed quarterly/annual goals. The role involves meeting customer expectations, generating income through fee-based services, and managing loan portfolios. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and business development.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a financial services environment.
- Four (4) year college degree preferred.
- Retail sales, banking experience, and/or lending experience a plus.
- Commercial real estate knowledge preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for business travel.
- Ability to work non-standard business hours.
- Ability to maintain a current driver’s license and proof of insurance.
