Job Description
Lead Member Solutions operations, build partnerships, and deliver a top-tier member experience. Develop team members and department culture to promote the credit union's mission. Manage member experience feedback and provide strategic input to executive leadership on delinquency trends and loss-mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 6-8 years of related work experience required
- 3 years of prior leadership experience preferred
