Accounts Payable - Comox Valley, BC

Vista Radio Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance team in Courtenay, BC. The right candidate enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and making sure the details are right the first time.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or a related finance role
• Experience working with accounting systems is required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with vendors and internal departments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the Finance team
• Ability to handle financial information with professionalism and discretion
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
