As a Banking Operations Analyst, you'll support Enterprise initiatives with the implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products and processes within the Payment and Digital space. You'll partner closely with a cross-organizational team to identify, develop, and write business unit requirements, facilitate meetings, and lead testing efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience supporting digital banking, payments, treasury management services, project management, or IT application support within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Business and Consumer Online Banking platforms, including digital channel features, user administration, entitlements, payments, and integrations with core and ancillary systems.
- Understanding of client experience (CX/UX) principles, including usability, accessibility, and customer journey considerations, with the ability to translate business and client needs into functional requirements that improve the end-user experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution coordination with SMEs, defect tracking, validation of fixes, and readiness for business sign-off.
