Digital Product Manager, Senior

As a Digital Asset Product Manager, Senior you’ll lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Western Alliance Bank’s digital asset product suite. You’ll define product vision, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery of digital asset solutions that align with our business objectives and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Define and execute the roadmap for WA’s digital asset products.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, operations) to design and launch digital asset solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
• Communicate product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain robust governance
