As a HRIS Workday Team Lead, you'll support the maintenance and ongoing development of the Workday Platform, work closely with the HRIS Workday Manager, and direct the daily work of several team members. You'll be involved in hands-on development and configuration of Workday application, partnering with HR stakeholders and across the Bank to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities. You'll mentor and provide technical guidance to the HRIS team, and have opportunities for professional development and engaging projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience in Workday HRIS Administration, Information Technology, or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Advanced experience with Workday or HRIS concepts, architecture, infrastructure, etc.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
- One or more of the following Workday certifications preferred: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, or Security.
- Advanced experience in HRIS strategy and roadmap planning.
- Expertise in designing and building AI-powered automation preferred.
- Experience leading Workday Extend solutions preferred.
- Occasional travel required.
