Non Delegated Account Manager

The Non Delegated Account Manager will be responsible for operational management of client relationships, maintaining client accounts, and providing quality service. The role requires managing a pipeline of 100-125 active units, maintaining client contact, and meeting KPI goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations and Originations
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products
