Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to spearhead innovation for Association Banking’s flagship ConnectLive API suite. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and expansion of a suite of APIs that powers the banking experiences of management companies and HOA clients and integrate with every industry leading ERP software partner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness
• Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
