The Senior Loan Administrator collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure the timely closing of loans within the Commercial Real Estate Portfolio. This includes managing loan closing activities, obtaining post-closing conditions, and analyzing transaction types to ensure accurate closings and compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Knowledge of one or more loan types
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
