Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing and sales support efforts for key specialty commercial banking business lines for Western Alliance Bank.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience in Marketing & Communications or similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Previous leadership experience required
• Advanced knowledge of marketing campaign management across channels
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Advanced skills in personal computer operation, marketing program management, Workfront or other project management tools
• Previous Experience in Financial Services and/or Banking or similar field a plus
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
