Team Lead Business Analyst - LFI Lead Analyst

The Lead Analyst will lead a project team to prepare for Large Financial Institution (LFI) status, ensuring data requirements are met for Reg YY and other related reporting regulations. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies, manage data quality and compliance initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or another related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with increasing responsibility at a bank with relevant internal audit experience, capital, and liquidity and/or public accounting advisory experience
• Working knowledge of Reg YY and other related regulations (e.g. FR 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-15)
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Expertise in data modeling, data validation, and database design
• Exceptional MS Office skills (including Excel pivot tables)
• Experience with performing User Acceptance Testing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
