Underwriter III - Non-Delegated Mortgage

As a Mortgage Underwriter III, you'll be responsible for underwriting Government and Conventional loans, reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics, and managing a pipeline of loans within established turn times.

Requirements

• Encompass LOS experience
• Project management experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Loan quality and risk management experience
• Excellent Customer/Client service skills
• Prioritization and Time Management skills
• Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
• Proficiency with automated underwriting systems
