Job Description
Western Digital is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Failure Analysis Engineer - HDD to work on HDD teardown FA for all customers from China. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent, and 2-5 years of experience in hard disk drive or related industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in hard disk drive or related industry
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on individual who enjoys lab work and performs analysis using high-power microscopes and precision equipment
