Requirements
- Sustaining and optimize HGA manufacturing backend processes to enhance productivity and quality
- Lead and collaborate on overall yield management and improvement in order to meet cost target
- Monitor quality of backend area, related to packaging process, to ensure customer satisfactions on packaging quality
- Monitor HGA HOST data integrity to ensure all HGA traceability are correct
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and new technologies
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing people and technicians
