Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the full-cycle accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, strong internal controls, vendor relationship management, and support of monthly financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field a plus
• 5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Ottimate software a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong vendor management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
