WGU is a non-profit online university committed to expanding access to higher education. The Associate Assessment Developer will develop and maintain objective and performance-based assessments, facilitating design and development workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in assigned content or practice area(s)
• Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
