Job Description
WGU is seeking a Department Chair (Lead Academic Program Manager RN-BSN) to oversee the development and implementation of academic programs in the RN-BSN and MSN Core programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how students learn, a customer-focused obsession, and industry or academic leadership experience in the discipline.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing degree or PhD in Nursing, DNP from an accredited institution
- Active unencumbered RN license
- 4+ years of related experience in program P&L responsibility, online education program development, and change management
