Requirements
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of assigned IT projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, estimates, and milestone driven roadmaps
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality, technical, and compliance standards
