Senior Data Analyst - Learning Program Analytics

WGU is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build tools, analyses, and visualizations to improve how thousands of students learn. The role involves extracting, processing, analyzing, and reporting on data to produce rigorous, actionable insights and research. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, business intelligence, institutional research, or applied analytics, and advanced proficiency in SQL and intermediate proficiency in Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, institutional research, or applied analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and intermediate proficiency in Tableau
• Experience with descriptive statistics, causal analysis, inference, and forecasting methods
• Bonus if you have experience with Python or R, ETL development, familiarity with curriculum development, higher education, or learner success analytics, or exposure to data management platforms and analytics documentation standards
