Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, Educational Psychology, or related field (e.g., Industrial/Organization Psychology) with an emphasis on quantitative methods or psychometrics
• One (1) year of experience in testing, research, or closely related fields such as statistics and data analysis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work well with a team, including following instructions and guidance of more senior team members
• Ability to produce analyses quickly
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capacity or experience with SAS, R, or other analytical or statistical packages
