Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, Educational Psychology, or related field (e.g., Industrial/Organization Psychology) with an emphasis on quantitative methods or psychometrics
- One (1) year of experience in testing, research, or closely related fields such as statistics and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well with a team, including following instructions and guidance of more senior team members
- Ability to produce analyses quickly
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capacity or experience with SAS, R, or other analytical or statistical packages
